About

Passion. Experience. Diligence.

History

In our experience, location and relationships matter. We have been serving our friends and neighbors in this community for decades from our office on the Franklin town square. Whether you live in Middle Tennessee, do business here or have family in the area,  you need someone who understands how the legal system works in our hometown. We practice in Williamson and the surrounding counties. Our office is on the town square in Franklin, a few steps away from both the old historic and new County Courthouses.

We know the legal system here and the people in it. We also know how to prevent costly and stressful encounters within the legal system. We will clearly explain all of your options so you can make an informed decision about how you want to address your legal concerns.

Many of our clients we’ve served for decades. Whether we’ve represented your family for generations or you’re stopping by to discuss a first time business venture, we extend everyone a free consultation. Your families and businesses have done the same for us when we have needed services in this community.

Location matters, but experience and expertise are also key. We are a full-service legal firm with over a half century of combined experience. You may have a specific concern about a legal problem. Or you may need a legal checkup. We can help.
